Your project is divided into milestones. Each milestone has a fixed number of story points and a clear cost. You approve the plan before anything starts.
Pay per milestone
Before each milestone begins, you pay for that milestone's story points. No upfront payment for the entire project. Each milestone is a self-contained deliverable.
Review & approve
After each milestone, review the code, PRs, and test results. Approve the deliverables. The code is synced to your repository upon payment.
Continue or stop
